If you raised a return/refund for an order that was paid using SPayLater, your refund will be processed once your request is reviewed and approved by the seller or Shopee's team. Once your refund is successfully processed, your credit limit will be restored within 5 working days. The return/refund request should be raised within 3 working days after the order is delivered.
For orders from one seller only
If you are requesting a partial refund for an order that was paid using SPayLater, you may select the product that requires a refund. For example, you may have purchased Product A, Product B and Product C from Seller X in an order. If you wish to request a return/refund, you may select the product that requires a refund.
For orders with products from more than one seller
If you are requesting a partial refund for an order made for a particular seller that was paid using SPayLater, you may select the order that requires a refund. For example, you may have purchased Product A and Product B from Seller X and Product C from Seller Y in an order. If you wish to request a return/refund, you may select the product from the order that requires a refund.
